Ear piercing
Piercing the ears using a so-called “pistol”. This method of piercing the earlobes has become widespread in the world.
The needles used for piercing the earlobes are made of special surgical steel and are sterilely packaged. The uniquely designed needles worn in the piercing area do not pierce the tissue, but separate it, so the procedure is almost non-traumatic and painless. Over the next 4 weeks, a smooth canal is formed correctly. When this period has passed, the needles must be removed and earrings inserted; their shape can be any. However, during this period, proper care of the pierced areas must be taken very seriously. If this is done incorrectly, or if the care rules are not strictly followed, inflammation may occur.
If you really want to pierce the ears using a so-called “pistol”, we recommend the instruments of the American company STUDEX. In addition to testing disposable ear pins according to ISO standards, toxico-hygienic sterility and pyrogenicity studies have recognized their complete chemical and biological harmlessness. There is no method of ear piercing that would be even simpler, more painless and safer than this.
Remember three important rules: high-quality instruments (first of all, needles!), the professionalism of a doctor or cosmetologist and, in any case, proper care. From the point of view of Eastern medicine, the ear is associated with the functioning of internal organs, and an effective acupuncture system is associated with the ear. In Egypt, treatment by inserting needles into certain places in the auricle has existed since the 5th-3rd centuries BC.
In 1969, the French scientist Noger created a cartography of the ear, which indicates how body parts and internal organs are projected onto specific points on the ear. Noget's theory is based on the claim that the shape of the earlobe corresponds to the miniature shape of a human fetus in the womb. According to this teaching, the eyes, palate, upper and lower jaw, tongue, inner ear and tonsils are reflected in the earlobe.
Earlobe piercings look most beautiful when they are slightly below the midpoint of the lobe, and towards the cheek. Approximately there is a point associated with myopia, glaucoma and conjunctivitis. Therefore, Noget in all lectures and textbooks opposes wearing earrings. Also, if someone, especially a child, already has vision problems or has a serious hereditary predisposition to visual impairment, then doctors insist that it is undesirable to pierce the earlobe in the eye area, it is better to do it at other points on the lobe.
The studs should remain in the earlobes until a smooth canal is formed properly, 4-6 weeks after the piercing. Their legs should be long enough to allow the earring to move freely. In any case, the pierced areas should be cleaned daily with an alcohol solution, and caution and consideration should be exercised. The earrings should not be removed for the first 2-3 months after the start of wearing them.
It is recommended not to swim, neither in the pool nor in open water, for about one month, and it is not recommended to use other people's telephones. Healing after piercing the ears takes one to three months.

Quit smoking
Both traditional (academic) and non-traditional (holistic) medicine can help patients get rid of the smoking habit in quite a few ways. If treatment is with medication, then there are three types:
- aversive (disgusting) therapy,
- substitution therapy,
- supportive, or symptomatic therapy.
In our center, in turn, acupuncture, or needle therapy, is practiced.
The origins of needle therapy in the treatment of smokers can be traced back to Ancient Egypt and China about 3,000 years ago. This method became known in Europe thanks to French scientists Nogier and Burdiol, who used it in France as part of the “Antitabak” program in 1975. Treatment of smoking addiction with needle therapy is completely harmless. It is suitable for weakened people, patients, adolescents, pregnant women, and also those whose smoking history is 20-25 years. Currently, this method is widely used in European, Asian, and American countries. In the USA, acupuncture treatment of tobacco addiction is included in health insurance programs.
Acupuncture (needle therapy): treatment by inserting needles
Acupuncture or needle therapy is perhaps the oldest form of treatment for various diseases, which has not changed over time to the present day. Acupuncture is a therapy that not only relieves a person of the pathologies that he has, but also contributes to the increase in the body's general working capacity and strengthening of immunity. Patients are accepted by acupuncturist Alexey Radchenko.
Acupuncture therapy is used both in the treatment of diseases, as well as in their prevention and rehabilitation of patients. In medical practice, acupuncture can be used both as a basic method and as a supplement to other treatment, prevention and rehabilitation methods. Acupuncture practitioners actively use this method in cases of a wide variety of pathologies.
It is easier to name those diseases or situations where acupuncture is almost never used: these are benign and malignant neoplasms; acute infectious diseases; blood diseases; renal, hepatic, as well as cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency with decompensation; pregnancy; also when treating children under 2 years of age.
I have been practicing acupuncture for 14 years. In my practice, I have observed the best results in the following cases: - functional disorders;
- pain syndromes (neuritis, neuralgia, migraines, etc.);
- hemiplegia after a stroke;
- neuroses and insomnia;
- metabolic regulation, if there are metabolic disorders;
- tobacco smoking.
This method can also be successfully used to increase the mental and physical working capacity of healthy people, stimulate the body's defenses, as well as for the prevention of allergic and cold diseases.
